On booking, we provide you with helpful information about the property you have booked,

Instructions on how to find it, weather you are driving or using public transport.
You will receive restaurant recommendations, tips on what you should see and do. Ferry and bus schedules and any other information about the Lake that you require.
We always meet our guests personally, to make sure all is well and that you are happy.
We can organise your arrival and departure transfers in a comfortable Mercedes car (2-3 passengers)fully air-conditioned, with English speaking drivers who will be happy to escort you during your stay here.’ Which means that you can also enjoy their services if you decide to take a private tour to Milan for shopping, into Switzerland to visit the other lakes and ski resorts, or simply drive around the lake, visiting the most interesting and little known villages and listen to their interesting and funny stories.

OUR SPECIALITY.

We highly recommend a private tour of Villa Balbianello, the Italian national Trust property, set on a beautiful promontory, with fantastic views, beautiful villa with lots of interesting history to discover and, if you are looking to celebrate something special, this is the place.
We are official guides, English mother tongue.  and will be happy to give you a special private tour, this is something that you should not miss during your stay.

BOAT HIRE
We have great relationships with private boat companies around the lake and can organise private tours with drivers, or even boats which you can drive yourself, which we will be happy to book for you. Of course you can also do some water skiing, wind surfing, jet skiing.

IN HOUSE CHEF
For that special evening or just so that you don't have to do it yourself! Our wonderful Italian chef, Alberto, will do all the shopping and cook a delicious meal for you and your friends. Local fish, meat or vegetarian choice, it's really worth it!

BABY SITTING
We have excellent English speaking baby sitters who will be happy to look after your little ones, during the day or evening.

ILLNESS ASSISTANCE
This is a subject that hopefully will not come up during your stay, but in the unfortunate event that it does, we will make sure you get to a doctor or emergency hospital and help with any translations or repatriating you. Make sure you are fully covered with your insurance company before you leave for your vacation.
